Frequently Asked Questions
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard USPS First-Class takes 3–5 days; Priority Mail is 1–3 days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
We use the industry-standard grades: NM (Near Mint), LP (Lightly Played), MP (Moderately Played), HP (Heavily Played), and DMG (Damaged). Photos are attached to every listing so you can see exactly what you're buying.

Absolutely — the Bulldog Gaming counter is open during business hours for in-person buying, selling, and trading. Online orders currently ship to you (there's no pickup option at checkout yet), but you're always welcome to shop the cases in person.
