Terms of Service

Welcome to Card Kennel. By accessing or using this marketplace you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. The Platform

Card Kennel is an online marketplace connecting collectors with Bulldog Gaming, a trading-card shop based in Indiana. All transactions are between you (the buyer) and Bulldog Gaming (the seller). Card Kennel facilitates the transaction and charges a platform fee of 2% per sale.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use Card Kennel. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Sales and shipments are currently limited to Indiana, USA.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cardkennel.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Listings and Pricing

Bulldog Gaming makes reasonable efforts to display accurate card descriptions, condition grades, and prices. Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is discovered before shipment.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Card Kennel does not store full card numbers. By placing an order you authorize the charge for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All card images are the property of their respective game publishers (e.g., Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering). Card Kennel platform content, logos, and software are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Kennel and Bulldog Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Privacy Policy

Card Kennel and Bulldog Gaming are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details — when you create an account or place an order. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, and items viewed to improve the platform experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — including our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers, and cloud infrastructure providers. All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to analyze platform usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function correctly without them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years thereafter to comply with tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@cardkennel.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Card Kennel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Returns Policy

Bulldog Gaming wants every collector to be happy with their purchase. “Give your card a good home.” — and that includes standing behind what we sell.

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition and grading as described in the listing.

2. Condition on Return

Cards must be returned in the condition they were sold. Graded cards must be returned in their original slab; raw cards must be returned in protective sleeves or top-loaders. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee if a card is returned in a worse condition than sold.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

• Sealed product that has been opened.
• Items marked "Final Sale" in the listing.
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
• Items returned in worse condition than described.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email returns@bulldoggaming.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a return shipping label and instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or does not match the listing description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. In-Store Returns

Online orders may also be returned in person at the Bulldog Gaming store during business hours, subject to the same 14-day window and condition requirements. Bring your order confirmation email or order number.
